When it comes to product warranties, it's important to note that some damages may not be covered, even for items such as Bugblasterz, Waterblasterz and Gelblasterz.

Let's take a closer look at each product's warranty and what is not covered.  

For the Bugblasterr, the warranty does not cover any damage caused by accidents or excessive stress on the gun or its parts. However, we might be able to send replacement parts for any damaged ones, provided that they are available. If the Bugblaster gets wet, it's important to remove the salt immediately. Jams caused by humidity in the salt will not be covered by the warranty.  

For the Waterblasterz and Gelblasterz, the warranty does not cover any damage caused to the batteries due to water exposure. It's crucial to ensure that the batteries don't come into contact with water to avoid any damage. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover any water damage to the electronics. This can occur if the gun is used with excessively wet beads, which can cause water to seep into the electronic components.

To prevent this, always dry the beads before use to avoid excess moisture entering the gun's electronics. It's important to note that water damage caused by excessively wet beads is not covered under the warranty.  

The Gelblasterz may experience some issues that are not covered by the warranty. If the gears wear out due to continuous shooting or shooting without gelbeads, this will not be covered. Additionally, if the gears are displaced, resulting in no intersection between them, the customer should take apart the gun and adjust the position of the lower gear.  

If the gel beads just drop out of the gun, it could be due to them not being the right size. They should be soaked in water for 3-4 hours. If the beads break when they come out of the gun, it could be because they were soaked in water for too long, making them too soft. If the gel beads become jammed, a broken bead could be blocking the barrel, in which case shaking the gun can help.

Alternatively, the beads may be too big for the gun, and it's crucial to ensure that the beads are the right size. For instance, the gun is suitable for 7-8mm beads, while the MP5-1 model is suitable for 6-7mm beads. These issues with the Gelblasterz are not covered by the warranty.  

Lastly, any damage caused to the electronics by using too much force to insert or remove the battery without holding both connectors (avoid holding or dragging the wires) is not covered by the warranty. Remember to handle the electronics with care to avoid damage.
